Launching Highland Pointe in Style

On Saturday, October 24, the TimberCraft team held a special Grand Opening VIP Preview event at the site of our newest community, Highland Pointe. This was the public’s first opportunity to view the Highland Pointe site plan — and maybe even claim the land for their future dream home. 

Our entire team was on hand to walk guests through Highland Pointe’s truly unique home designs, as well as the homes that are already in development and available for purchase. 

Wearing our stylish (if we do say so ourselves) TimberCraft masks and Highland Pointe t-shirts and fueled by food and beverages from Birra and Chicken Foot, we talked Highland Pointe with dozens of future homeowners from 10am to 2pm. 

And there was fun for the kids, as well, who painted pumpkins to take home for Halloween!

Our conversations with event attendees throughout the day kept coming back to two main themes: 

(1) People are intrigued by the exterior look of all the Highland Pointe home plans, which are inspired by and tailored to an urban, modern lifestyle. 

(2) Highland Pointe’s location is amazing!
